This
mixed use development comprises of 3 types of residential
units, a small shopping centre, a sea front restaurant and
an upmarket B & B facility.
The
sea fronting villas were all individually designed using
a vocabulary of building components that give a marked degree
of unity. The smaller “Loft” and attached “Cabana”
units have all been variations on a handful of original
prototype units.
